College and Career Readiness Presentations
Early preparation is essential for health-related academic and professional programs. To better prepare students for exploring healthcare careers, the National Center for Rural Health Professions offers outreach presentations for students on the topics of the health care industry, career exploration, and strategies students can implement to prepare for applying to college. Students also are provided with resources to help them research professional opportunities in the future.
Scheduling a Presentation:
We understand that each teacher’s schedule and their time with students is a priority. We can accommodate visits to fit your interests and availability. Presentations can be delivered to afterschool clubs, during a classroom session, and/or at meetings with school faculty, staff, and parents.
College and Career Presentation Formats
Presentations can be delivered in a variety of formats and for different audiences. Presentations can be tailored for:
- Classrooms
